USA - Day 39 - Quebec City Chateau Frontenac and Le Funiculaire

We were out early and wandered the quaint cobblestone streets. Very quiet at this time of the morning. Lots of little shops and galleries, old buildings, another square and then we found the Funiculaire. So up we went and there was the Chateau Frontenac in all it's glory. Magnificent and a Starbucks too. After a coffee break we made our way back, down a lot of steps, to the hotel for breakfast.
Statue and fountain in the square.

Looking across the square to the hotel.
Hotel veges by the entrance.

A street off the square; let's check it out.
A cafe.
This looks amazing!

La Fresque des Quebecois.
A lovely little square...
...all to ourselves...
...until now... time to keep moving.
Down the street and around the corner and what do we find...
...the funiculaire!
