USA - Day 51 - Jersey City to Washington DC

We drove through a number of states on the way to Washington DC e.g. Delaware and Maryland. Quite a few tolls too. The traffic was heavy as we made our way into the city, past Capitol Hill and the Washington Monument. Off exploring in the morning.

Heading out of Jersey City.

Over an opening bridge.

Police escort front and back, and all drivers pull over as they go past.

Another bridge.

Now in the state of Delaware.

Another toll.

Another state, Maryland.

Didn't see it!

Baltimore.

Traffic getting heavy now.
