USA - Day 49 - New York The Met Pt1

We arrived at The Met on 5th Avenue, Upper East Side and this place is huge, and so are the crowds. Inside and bags scanned, then wandered around getting our bearings. There are 5000 years of art to explore. Had some lunch in one cafe, then coffee later in another. So much art, sculptures, statues, pottery etc, and so little time. Could easily spend a couple of days here; a few hours doesn't really do it justice.
